Patterns are sent in a zipped format. If you're not sure that you can unzip the files, try downloading one of the Free patterns first.
You will need the free Acrobat Reader by Adobe to be able to enlarge and print the charts.
Help files on enlarging are stored in the Chatelaine Support Group.

Patterns are NOT sent via snail mail nor are refunds issued after payment is made.

If you wish to use a different email address than the one you use for the Paypal payment, it is mandatory that you mention this additional email IN THE PAYMENT itself.

Please note that the groups are held in English : all files and instructions are ONLY available in English as well as the group mail language will be English ONLY. If you can not read and understand English it is entirely up to you to look for translation - I do NOT provide these.
